Together, with our 74,000 employees worldwide that service Cigna, Express Scripts and other affiliate customers, we aspire to transform health services, making them more affordable and accessible to millions.We are going through an exciting period of expansion; at the centre of our International Health division’s ambitious growth strategy, we are currently working towards a multi-year effort to implement a consistent digital strategy for International Health.The Position:We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Tester with automation experience and a solid understanding of integrated systems testing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases across integrated systems to validate complex end-to-end business processes. Experience in testing SQL databases is a plus, as the role involves backend data validation.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for end-to-end business process validation using industry-standard tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration points
Analyse business and technical requirements to define test strategies
Execute automated and manual tests across integrated systems, covering functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Perform backend data validation using SQL, including writing complex queries with joins, aggregations, and stored procedures
Validate data consistency between UI/API and database records across RDBMS platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
Understand and test for data integrity, referential constraints, and transactional consistency systems
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Assured
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and automation frameworks.
Support test data setup, environment configuration, and CI/CD pipeline integration
Monitor automation progress, adopt new tools, and support improvements in testing efficiency

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least 4 to 6 years’ experience in a system quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Proven expertise in Integration Testing, API Testing, and End-to-End Testing across diverse platforms
Strong hands-on experience in automating E2E test scenarios across integrated systems using tools like Selenium, UFT, TestNG, or Cypress
Experience with API testing and service-level validations
Ability to write and execute complex queries to validate backend data against UI or API responses
Experience with RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus
Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Strong interest in personal development

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Integration of automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with test management tool, JIRA
Understanding of DevOps principles in testing environments
ISTQB Foundation or Intermediate Certified
Selenium/UFT skills
