- Perform system administration activities for finance planning and performance management processes, including QPF, GFO, month-end, and quarter-end close.
- Provide business and technical support as a subject matter expert for system processes, data flows, and integrations.
- Support users with defect resolution, process clarifications, data corrections, and training, ensuring adherence to defined PPM Sustain and Product Support models.
- Investigate system errors, perform issue troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks across planning and reporting cycles.
- Work closely with the CMT Team to prioritize defects, enhancements, and support activities.
- Serve as an intermediate escalation point between analysts and the Product Sustain Manager when required.
- Ensure all incidents, service requests, and enhancements are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Understand ownership boundaries between GBS, Technology, and PPM Product teams and raise appropriately to resolve conflicts.
- Support and enhance financial reporting and analytics, using SAP BPC, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visual storytelling.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with the PPM user community to understand business concerns, questions, and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, technology, and product teams to resolve system and process issues efficiently.
- Resolve product-specific support queries raised by the PPM Product team and internal GBS partners.
- Assist in addressing internal GBS PPM Sustain team questions related to finance processes or system behavior.
- Identify and propose process, system, and reporting improvements based on operational experience and lessons learned.
- Contribute to business transformation and digital finance initiatives, particularly those involving data, process re-engineering, and automation.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and improvement-driven team culture.
- Experience using and/or supporting planning and performance management solutions, preferably SAP BPC, across Excel and web interfaces.
- Strong financial analysis and data flow analysis skills to identify root causes of system and reporting issues.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP BPC
- Power BI (dashboards, data modeling, DAX)
- Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivots, modeling)
- Reporting & Analytics
- Experience in system error investigation, issue solve, and root cause analysis.
