- Assist with troubleshooting by partnering with other IT teams across the organization (Business Technology, Infrastructure, etc)
- Manage assigned tickets by providing analysis and solution where applicable
- Perform daily system sanity checks to ensure all systems are up and running
- Perform status / scheduled checks for related issues
- Follow department processes for issue resolution, escalation, and triage
- Maintain positive attitude and customer advocate through product issue resolution
- Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with Business requirements.
- Employ appropriate application maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures to support and maintain IT applications, and to investigate and resolve IT application-related incidents.
- As required, provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.
- As necessary, liaise with IT suppliers to ensure IT application-related incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure problem prevention methods are continuously applied to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Undertake IT application-related problem diagnosis, implementing problem resolution or prevention measures as appropriate.
- Monitor the availability, performance and throughput of supported IT applications.
- Provide recommendations for system performance improvements
- Prioritize and schedule assigned support activities and tasks.
- Maintain IT application support technical documentation.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) activities as required.
- Participate in Deployment related support and System Sanity check activities
- Analysis of logs (Application, Database and Error logs)
- Monitor TAP performance issues inclusive of Memory utilization, CPU utilization
- Provide immediate fixes (Data Patching), non-code related or workaround for Incidents and Service Requests
