- Thorough understanding of ICSE board regulations to ensure compliance and maintain educational standards (Mandatory skill).
- Proven capability in school operations management, including budgeting and resource allocation (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in curriculum development to drive academic programs that meet or exceed educational benchmarks.
- Skilled in evaluating student performance, utilizing data to improve student outcomes and teaching strategies.
- Competency in faculty management, including teacher training and professional development, to enhance instructional quality.
