About the RoleAs an Engagement Analyst, you will build and improve good positive relationships with clients and partners. The job involves analyzing business and program data to assess situations, assigning tasks to team members and problem-solving when issues arise. You will look at the clients’ requirements and work on developing processes and systems that meet these requirements. You are a strong communicator who is comfortable working with different teams at various levels of an organization and you have excellent organizational skills.Responsibilities:1. Liaise with clients:1. Be the face of our engagement with clients and partners, dealing with external stakeholders directly as their first point of contact.2. Help the clients in setting up their profile on the portal and help them with the onboarding process.3. Help clients to implement our services and plan projects more effectively, often setting up “discovery sessions” with key stakeholders to identify issues and ways to improve.4. Develop customer relationships and understand pain points and performance feedback while protecting our proprietary data and confidential information.2. Manage Projects:1. Boost morale and build productivity within teams for better and more efficient execution of tasks and projects.2. Lead on different projects and ensure cohesion between project teams and make sure that engagements meet the initial brief from the client.3. Reporting and Monitoring:1. Aligning various SDG’s, GRI, ESG, DJSI models to SuperHuman Race’s platform4. Identify Up Selling Opportunities:1. Identify new concepts for products and find ways to upsell or cross-sell to increase revenue and build brand awareness.2. Recommend new systems and procedures to amplify productivity, which may include organizational changes to make these processes more efficient.5. Prepare Reports on Project Performance:1. Track the progress of each project and work to manage the resources and timelines for each one, including the teams working on them.2. Prepare reports on these projects to identify achievements and goals met as well as to highlight any areas for improvement going forward.3. Conduct performance reviews and carry out resource management duties.Skills required1. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and/or creative problem-solving skills2. Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills (fluency in English)3. Identifying challenges, finding solutions, and evaluating the success of those solutions4. Ability to manage deadlinesQualifications1. Bachelor’s degree with a good academic record; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.2. Up to 2 years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite4. Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to sustainability strategy, CSR, ESG, SDGs, SROI, GRI, etc.
