Experience: 7+ Years in Marble/Building Materials SalesIndustry: Construction, Architecture, Interior DesignAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales efforts in the marble division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and key account management within the construction and design ecosystem.Key Responsibilities: * Drive business development across the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals—set performance goals, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure delivery of results.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, skill development sessions, and support territory planning.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to negotiation and closure.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure high-quality post-sales service and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports via CRM and internal reporting systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of marble or premium building materials, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial/team handling role
  • Strong network and familiarity with the regional construction and design industry
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
