Chief Manager - Digital MarketingChief Manager - Digital Marketing Content KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Video Marketing Leading and building best-in-class content marketing campaigns for Max Life internally and along with vendors Building Max Life platforms content rich for users looking for financial planning, life insurance, life insurance products, investment or tax savings Generate top-of-funnel viewers and subscription conversions Work cross-functionally with brand, social, product, website and E commerce team to develop ideas, content strategy and collaborate with agencies, IT team to develop and execute the same Research, write, edit and develop fresh and unique reader oriented content across formats and platforms Identify issues, challenges, and gaps associated with content and devise potential solutions in accordance with the brand guidelines and consumer mindset Seller focused content to enable sales force Performance Marketing Create crisp and intriguing content across formats to drive higher CTR & impression share Bring in newer conversations across life insurance product categories Create content that converts for prospecting audience Well versed with Meta, Google, Partner Channels like Amazon, Phone Pe, Native and Affiliate platforms Seller Launches The individual will be responsible to have strong BTL understanding for enabling impactful product launches at own and Policybazaar partner office. Compliance and Regulatory Liaise with compliance for regulatory approvals on content and communication Ensure adherence to regulatory modifications Ensure zero business impact because of regulatory changes or campaign changes Ensure every content piece is in adherence to IRDAI guidelines and are duly filed with IRDAI Overall, be the go to person for smart communication across the ecom team Key competencies/skills required BFSI Domain Knowledge Ability to handle multiple projects & stakeholders at a time Creative mindset, quick thinker & Attention to detail Organized approach & ability to handle pressure Must be in love with writing and use it as a weapon of choice to express & present thoughts into writing succinctly to create compelling content in no time Must be able to create content with various tones Must have good command over the English & spoken Hindi language Key Performance Metrics Cost per quote, and Click through rate(CTR) & impression share of creatives Video views, view rate and completion rate Impressions/traffic on website Bounce rate & session duration of content pages Organic/paid reach, engagement & engagement rate Virality of created content
