Based in BKC - Mumbai, this full-time position will lead affiliate and creator ecosystem by driving high-value partner acquisition, managing performance and budgets, strengthening relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, data-driven growth and brand results.Qualifications and Skills:

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer ecosystem & creator partnerships
Experience in performance tracking, ROI optimization, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with compliance, governance, and creator content guidelines
Ability to drive partner engagement, campaign excellence, and scalable program operations.

Educational Qualification: Masters / Post Graduation Degree in MarketingRoles and Responsibilities:

Program Management of the affiliate program end to end - P&L management, ROI frameworks, program expansion & feature development, market benchmarking research & competition analysis
Drive creator recruitment strategies and & retention frameworks for high-value affiliates, influencers, and creators to strengthen the partner pipeline.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier creators and affiliate partners.
Lead campaign planning and execution with strong alignment to brand standards and compliance.
Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate insights to enhance ROI.
Manage budgets, commissions, and approval workflows with governance excellence.
Partner cross-functionally across marketing, finance, and product teams to drive impactful outcomes.
