- New Business Development:
o Build a strong pipeline of prospective corporate customers needing bulk airport service packages for their leadership teams.
- Account Management:
o Understand client-specific needs and create customized service packages and pricing proposals.
o Provide end-to-end support to ensure smooth implementation and usage of services.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Work closely with marketing to design B2B campaigns, email outreach, and events.
o Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Contracting & Negotiation:
o Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Reporting & CRM:
o Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.Qualifications:Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in travel, aviation, concierge services, or hospitality.
- Strong network within the corporate travel ecosystem (TMCs, HR/Admin heads, corporate procurement).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in selling to C-level or senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge of airport services industry and high-end customer experience standards.
- Experience in dealing with premium or luxury products/services.
- Familiarity with compliance and procurement processes in large organizations.
