- Operate: Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occur.
- Resolve: Ensure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third parties.
- Follow: Proactively follow the solution progress of incidents.
- Monitor: Responsible for the monitoring and analysis of possible sources of error.
- Update: Keep stakeholders up-to-date on system-relevant incidents.
- Process: Follow established processes such as Incident Management and Change Request Management.
- Evangelize: Promote best practices and methodologies.
- Automate: Identify opportunities to automate processes and procedures.
- Cultivate: Build relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutions.
- Mentor: Provide mentorship and technical direction to associate team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system operations, incident management, and change request management.
- Experience: 5-8 years in system operations or related fields.
- Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with monitoring tools, automation platforms, and error analysis methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
- Domain knowledge in automotive engineering or related fields.
- Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
- Experience with Daimler systems or similar global platforms.
