Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales function at Lindstrom India. The successful candidate will play a key role in new business acquisition within the assigned area, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new B2B customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving account expansion through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal teams for product/service enhancements.Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system, and providing regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth.The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales in a manufacturing-related service company, with a strong understanding of sales expertise, communication and negotiation, and market and competitor analysis.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a motivated and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job requirements
