Position: Sales ExecutiveExperience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales / Customer service with a focus on customer acquisition. Selling Software applications to Logistics industry preferred. Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients in the customs clearance and logistics sector.- Present and promote SaaS solutions to prospective customers.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of the customs and logistics domain.- Proven experience in SaaS product sales or experience in freight forwarding / customs brokerage is of advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
