Explain the features and benefits of products/services to prospective clients.
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build and maintain positive relationships.
Achieve weekly and monthly Performance Parameters set by the management.
Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive support and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
Requirements: * Proven experience as a Support Executives or similar customer service/sales/Support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prefer by below language (Hindi English Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
