We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.We are looking for a Windows Solutions Engineer - Lead Engineer to join our Corporate Technology team.As a Windows Solutions Engineer, you will be expected to leverage your extensive experience and technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize Windows-based solutions in enterprise environments. Ideal candidate will involve integrating various Windows products and services, ensuring seamless interoperability and alignment with business objectives. A deep understanding of Windows technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft Azure, will be essential, as well as proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and virtualization technologies. You will be responsible for designing scalable, resilient, and secure architecture, while providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with industry's best practices.What You'll Do:

Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of complex Windows-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural principles.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams in the implementation of Windows-based solutions, ensuring best practices and adherence to industry standards.
Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure Windows architectures, integrating with existing systems and technologies.
Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with Windows-based solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows infrastructure, optimizing performance, and minimizing downtime.
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation and deliver training sessions to educate stakeholders on Windows architecture and best practices.
Automation and DevOps: Knowledge of Gitops, Scripting and automation would be an essential part of the role. Knowledge of writing automations in either PowerShell/Python would be a mandatory requirement for this role.

What You'll Need:

Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Windows-based solutions in enterprise environments.
Product Integration: Proficiency in integrating various Windows products and services to create comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements.
Windows Solutioning: Demonstrated ability to design high-quality Windows solutions, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and virtualization technologies on AWS/Azure & Microsoft Defender.
Understanding of Endpoint Management Services - Microsoft Intune is a must.
Good understanding of Hybrid Architecture and Cloud Shared Responsibility Model.
Demonstrate diverse experience and expertise across relevant domains.
Exhibit resourcefulness and independence in problem-solving and project management.
Ability to think critically, research effectively, and drive initiatives autonomously.
Knowledge of writing automations, scripts and workflows in PowerShell/Python for meeting business requirements would be essential. Experience with Gitops, would be good to have particularly working with pipelines, Gitlab/Github/Azure Devops.
Understanding of Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Bicep/Arm Templates, AWS/Azure CDK would be good to have.
Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, would be good to have.
Knowledge of MDM/MAM solutions like Endpoint Central, JAMF Pro, Microsoft SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager also would be good to have.
Good exposure towards implementing /administrating zero trust solutions like Zscaler & CrowdStrike and infrastructure management application solutioning like ManageEngine.
VM Solutioning: Strong background in virtualization technologies, particularly with Microsoft Azure VMs, AWS EC2 Instances, Azure Virtual Desktop, including design, deployment, and optimization of virtualized environments on the Cloud.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Network Infrastructure and should be proficient in Network based storage solutioning, backup and DR setup.
Architecture Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, resilient, and secure Windows architecture that aligns with business objectives and industry standards.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, or AWS Infrastructure/Solutions Architect certifications.
