• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform (listing products, updating pricing, managing inventory, etc.)
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and tracking
• Monitor and analyze product performance, sales, and customer feedback
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online purchases
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products
• Manage promotional campaigns and discounts on e-commerce platforms
• Analyze competitors’ strategies and improve our online presence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for products and pricing
• Generate and interpret sales reports and other performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize product listings
