Key Responsibilities:-
  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
Required Skills:-
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum: 12th pass / High school diploma.
  • Graduate preferred (any stream).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
