We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR-IT-Recruiter to assist our HR department with administrative and recruitment tasks. Having good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.Ultimately, an outstanding HR recruiter should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.

HR Screening of the profiles. Scheduling calls and interviews with the hiring manager

Offer Negotiations post candidate selection.

Coordinating with Onboarding/Offer management/IT team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the candidate.

Communicate with candidates/ stakeholders promptly to keep them informed on progress.

MIS & Reporting – Publishing reports and updates to stakeholders on a regular (weekly) basis.

Using ATS to keep track of open roles

Participate in recruiting events/drives

Requirements

MBA/ BBA Student or degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)

Should have personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.
