1. Client Partnership & Strategic Ownership
- Serve as the primary post-sales interface for clients across discovery, delivery, and evolution phases
- Build deep understanding of the client’s business model, operating context, constraints, and success metrics
- Facilitate strategic conversations with client stakeholders (business, operations, technology, leadership)
- Proactively manage expectations, trade-offs, and scope boundaries with clarity and confidence
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap in alignment with client goals and delivery realities
- Translate high-level objectives into well-defined epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, dependencies, and sequencing logic
- Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as a value steward, not a proxy
- Lead structured problem discovery—separating symptoms from root causes
- Apply analytical rigor to define business processes, workflows, rules, and edge cases
- Produce high-quality artifacts such as:
o Process maps and system flows
o Use cases and scenarios
o Non-functional requirements (performance, security, compliance, scalability)
- Ensure requirements are implementation-ready, not abstract
- Act as the bridge between client, engineering, UX, QA, and leadership teams
- Enable delivery teams with clarity, context, and prioritization—reducing rework and ambiguity
- Participate actively in delivery ceremonies to ensure alignment with intent and scope
- Support release planning, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
- Identify and manage scope, dependency, and delivery risks early
- Drive structured change management—impact analysis, re-prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure traceability from business objectives → requirements → delivery →outcomes
- 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO
- Strong experience in post-sales, client-facing delivery environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong business acumen and structured thinking
- Ability to own ambiguity and drive clarity
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle and agile delivery
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Backlog and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or equivalents)
- Process modeling and visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
