• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an R&D or formulation role within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
• Sound knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and lab testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety practices.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
