- Identify prospective clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and promote suitable IT services to meet their needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful service implementation.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM system regularly.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the IT services industry.
- Must have Managed Services Sales Experience
- Experience in a IT Consultancy within Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
