To meet manufacturing metrics; assist as required on strategic projects / initiatives and drive kaizen implementation / process – quality improvement at work area. Take interest in solving problem.Willingly help others beyond his work area.Grasp fast and go into details of work initiated / assigned. Seek answers for unknown from colleagues.Discipline in behavior & responsible to follow standard at work area assumes responsibility for own mistake and make corrections.See change as a tool for improvement. Process & equipmentsKnowledge – Plastics compounding Manufacturing related Process & ProcedureSkills – Safety orientation and appreciation of safety systems. Plan & implement activities relating to his area.Abilities – Understand, follow & implement SOPs and EHS norms.
