  • Office Location - Office No: 403-405, Time Square, CG Road,Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380006.
  • Duration & Type of Employment - Full Time Permanent - 2 to 5 years of Experience
  • Work Style - Hybrid
  • In Office days - 2 to 3 days a week
  • Relocation - Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad GJ, with reasonable notice.
RequirementsDevice Lifecycle Management
  • Provision and configure laptops, mobile phones, and other devices for new employees
  • Perform secure de-provisioning and wiping during employee offboarding
  • Maintain inventory records of all company-owned hardware and accessories
  • Support troubleshooting of hardware and device-related issues
MDM & Endpoint Security
  • Administer and maintain the company’s MDM platform (e.g., Scalefusion, Jamf, Intune, etc.)
  • Enforce device compliance policies, encryption, and security baselines
  • Ensure all devices are enrolled, updated, and monitored
Access Control & Internal Tooling
  • Manage identity and access management (IAM) across internal platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, GitHub, AWS, Notion, Slack, etc.)
  • Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Regularly audit and update access rights as per role changes or exits
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align access policies with business needs
Infrastructure & Support
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, offboarding, and IT asset management
  • Provide tier-1/tier-2 technical support for internal employees
  • Ensure business continuity by maintaining backups and recovery plans for internal IT systems

  • Have a deep understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and secure access control practices.
  • Be proactive in identifying potential gaps in infrastructure and automating repetitive IT processes.
  • Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with HR, security, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Show ownership, be a self-starter, and take the lead in strengthening the company’s internal IT processes.
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, helpful demeanor while dealing with internal stakeholders.
Must Have Technical Capabilities
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (e.g., Scalefusion, Intune, )
  • Familiarity with IAM systems (e.g., Google Workspace Admin, AWS IAM, Okta)
  • Experience managing SSO, MFA, RBAC
  • Proficiency in managing macOS, Windows, and Linux systems
  • Basic understanding of networking, DNS, VPN, and firewalls
  • Exposure to ticketing systems like Jira, Freshservice, or similar
  • (Optional) Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation
  • (Optional) Familiarity with SaaS tools (e.g., GitHub, Notion, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Essential Job Functions & Duties
  • Provision and de-provision laptops, phones, and other assets during employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain and monitor MDM enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance rules
  • Manage access controls across internal tools and platforms using IAM principles
  • Set up and enforce MFA, SSO, and user group-based access policies
  • Maintain up-to-date hardware inventory and software license tracking
  • Perform periodic access reviews and ensure only authorized access across the board
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit trails for compliance
  • Provide first-line support for device and access issues
Other Responsibilities
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and procurement of IT assets
  • Work with the Security team on endpoint security enforcement and audits
  • Implement automation for device setup, access provisioning, and status reporting
  • Assist in IT compliance-related documentation (e.g., SOC 2 readiness)
  • Manage IT onboarding/offboarding checklists in collaboration with HR
  • Help with training and internal awareness on IT and security best practices
Educational & Experience
  • Preferred Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Alternative Acceptable Educational Background: Diploma in Networking or Systems Administration with relevant experience
  • Minimum Experience Required: 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or support roles, preferably in a modern, cloud-native environment
Management & People Skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills for supporting non-technical users
  • Able to coordinate with multiple teams (HR, Engineering, Security, etc.) and manage cross-functional tasks
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently
  • Empathy and patience while helping team members troubleshoot
  • Disciplined and security-conscious, with a knack for documentation and process improvement
