- Proficiency in DSLR/mirrorless cameras and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom).
- Strong creativity, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students.
- Organizational and time management abilities.

- Capturing Key Events: Photograph important school events such as annual day, sports day, cultural programs, competitions, workshops, and graduation ceremonies.
- Candid and Group Photos: Balance capturing candid moments, group photos, and individual achievements.
- Timely Presence: Arrive early to events, set up equipment, and be ready to capture significant moments.
- Documenting Learning Moments: Capture day-to-day activities in classrooms, art sessions, science labs, and sports fields.
- Highlighting Montessori and Teaching Methods: Showcase unique teaching techniques and student engagement for marketing or internal purposes.
- Ensuring Comfort: Create a comfortable environment for students and teachers to take natural photos.
- ID and Yearbook Photos: Take professional individual portraits of students and staff for ID cards, yearbooks, and directories.
- Class and Staff Group Photos: Arrange and photograph well-organized class or team group pictures.
- Providing Quality Visuals: Deliver high-quality images for school brochures, websites, newsletters, social media, and advertisements.
- Highlighting Facilities and Activities: Capture visuals of school infrastructure, labs, sports grounds, and extracurricular activities to showcase the school’s strengths.
- Special Projects: Plan and execute thematic photo shoots for holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Children’s Day etc.,), festivals, and special campaigns.
- Photo Booths and Fun Activities: Set up creative photo booths during events to engage students and families.
- Visual Documentation: Provide photos for newsletters, magazines, and yearbooks.
- Content Organization: Ensure all major events, milestones, and achievements are visually recorded.
- Organizing Photos: Maintain a well-organized digital archive of images sorted by date, event, and category.
- Access Management: Ensure photos are easily accessible for school staff and management when required.
- Backup: Safeguard images with proper storage and backup solutions.
- Visual Storytelling: Provide engaging and attractive visuals to aid admissions campaigns.
- Creating Content for Social Media: Support the marketing team by capturing vibrant photos for Instagram, Facebook, and school blogs.
- Maintenance: Take care of photography equipment, ensuring cameras, lenses, and lighting systems are always in working condition.
- Setup and Dismantle: Set up required gear for shoots and safely pack equipment after events.
- Coordinating with Teachers and Admin: Work with event organizers, teachers, and administrative staff to plan and execute photo shoots smoothly.
- Training Students: Engage students interested in photography and offer basic training as part of co-curricular activities or clubs.
- Recognizing Success: Photograph students and staff receiving awards, certificates, and achievements to preserve memories.
- Field Trips and Excursions: Document learning moments during field trips, workshops, and outdoor activities.
- Post-Processing: Edit photos to enhance quality, lighting, and composition.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure edited photos are delivered to the school management for timely use.
- Protecting Sensitive Content: Handle student and staff photos responsibly, ensuring they are not shared or misused.
- Permission for Use: Respect policies for sharing and publishing photographs, especially for promotional purposes. Assist in creating short videos for promotional purposes, school events or classroom activities.
