Guide and coach tele-callers to achieve and improve their performance. Set goals for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching on sales practices. Empower team members by enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Ensure the team meets daily sales targets. Build and scale the sales team as required. Motivate the team to achieve both team and organizational goals. Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets. Conduct or facilitate training sessions to maximize the potential of team members.
