Physician Assistant cum Department Coordinator

To transcribe medication orders prescribed by physicians.
To liaise with the bedside nurses the drug administration time while ordering medications
To put clinical orders (referrals, lab orders, radiology orders) as advised by the treating physician
To work with the hospital information system and other information technology resources and software as may be assigned on a periodic basis from time to time as per attached appendix.
To work in rotation shifts and in the night shift to ensure Medication appropriateness review.
To ensure that any identified / observed medication-related problems are been corrected, prevented and escalated immediately.
To support in documentation for accreditation activities.
To keep up-to-dated about latest developments in medicinal products, clinical fields and treatment strategies.
To actively participate in all the relevant meetings ensuring the fulfillment all the assigned roles & responsibilities.
Any other work assigned by superior & management time to time.
