We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our Production team as Trainee executive.Your FocusIn this role you will be responsible for the Production Operator / Blending Technician is responsible for executing blending operations with precision and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves operating various equipment, maintaining hygiene, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting team initiatives through cross-training and collaboration. The ideal candidate should be flexible with shift timings, possess basic computer and SAP knowledge, and be physically capable of handling production materials.How you will contributeOperate blending equipment and ensure it is clean prior to productionLabel equipment accurately with FG material number, description, and batch numberPerform weighing, blending, and record raw material usage on shop floor documentationMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in all production areasUse Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety guidelinesOperate various equipment including blenders, heat sealers, and metal detectorsParticipate actively in cross-training programsCarry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisorsManage inventory and maintain high sanitation standardsPhysically handle materials (push/pull 20–25 kg bags) as requiredWhat you will need to be successfulBasic computer skills; SAP knowledge preferredFamiliarity with GMP, HACCP, and ExcelAbility to work in a team and contribute to team-building effortsProficiency in local language and EnglishWillingness to work in rotational shiftsPhysically fit and capable of handling mechanical equipmentIFF is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAt IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.
