We offer a professional and fun work environment with frequent lunch and learns, socials, contests, outings and other events.A Day in the LifeThe Legal Associate role will support law department operations, particularly in the area of contracts review. A typical day in the life of a Legal Associate might include the following:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts including client engagement letters, master services agreements, and statements of work.
  • Assisting Request for Proposal (RFP) response team in preparing submissions to RFPs issued by various public agencies and private entities.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
Who You Are
  • You have 1-5 years of professional legal experience in a law firm or in-house law department setting.
  • You have LL.B. (or integrated law degree) from a recognised university in India or a Juris Doctor (JD). Additional qualifications such as CS.
  • You have strong business acumen, prior professional services firm experience preferred.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external audiences, and the ability to communicate effectively in all media.
  • You have strong organizational/follow-up skills, must be able to work on projects simultaneously and change tasks quickly and see projects to the end.
  • You are able to propose solutions and think strategically with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • You are able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • You are able to work outside of non-traditional business hours.
