As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our efforts to new heights. Position Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager at Hypemax, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating and implementing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, and a passion for driving results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant channels. 2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. 3. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. 4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow business presence on social media platforms, creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics. 5. SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement strategies to improve organic search rankings, manage PPC campaigns, and continually optimize for better performance. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 8. Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns. 3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. 4. Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns. 7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
