- Strategic Planning & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute business plans for the Cheical division.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and key customer segments.
- Define pricing strategies and revenue targets aligned with company goals.
- Sales & Marketing Management:
- Lead the sales and Marketing team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management across global markets.
- Plan and manage participation in international exhibitions, B2B meetings, and product launches.
- Market & Product Development:
- Analyse global market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to commercialize new APIs/intermediates.
- Develop product Positioning and Marketing strategies for existing and new products.
- Client & Project Management:
- Serve as the point of contact for key clients and strategic partners.
- Manage large-scale customer projects from inquiry to delivery, including technical and regulatory coordination.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales or business development team.
- Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure professional development within the team.
- Leadership and people management.
