Roles & Responsibilities: HR BP Employee Engagement: 1. HR BP Engagement: Engagement with assigned department employees and address their concerns on every month 2. Skip Level Meeting: Organizing Skip Level meeting with assigned department employees with their next level managers half yearly once. 3. 1-0-1 Meeting: Organizing 1-0-1 meeting with assigned department employees with their immediate managers quarterly once. 4. MTM Meeting: Organise Monthly Team Meeting with nth level of employees with assigned department to give knowledge about current update about organisation. 5. Townhall Meeting: Organising Employee connect with assigned department Practice Leads/Dept - 2 times in a year along with HR Head/HR Department Team Lead's. 6. New Joinee Engagement : Engagement with assigned department New Joiners on regular intervals (3 Days/Weekly/Monthly) and collecting feedback based on New Joiners Checklist. 7. Resigned Employee Engagement: Engagement with assigned department resigned employees on same day of resignation mail. Based on conversation with resigned employee's need to coordinate with respective dept manager's/Heads and recommending some ideas to retain him/her. 8. HR BP & Dept Managers/APL's Connect: Connecting with Department Managers & APL's on every Quarter to know about their & Employee's Work Culture & alignment with organization Goal. 9. Employee concerns addressal: Liaise with respective stakeholders & ensure 100 % of employee concerns are addressed & solved within stipulated time raised in various Employee connect forums. Corporate Events: 1. HR Thursday Events (Online/@ Office): Coordinate with respective stakeholders and organize the event internally and externally and to ensure 100 % participation from assigned Department team 2. Festival Celebrations: Coordinate with respective stakeholders and organize the event. 3. Annual Leadership Meet: Coordinate with leadership team of Kaar and organize the event. Rewards and Recognition: 1. New Joinee Welcome Kit: Ensure your assigned department all new joiners received welcome kit 2. R&R : Ensure your assigned department employees Rewarded & Recognized as per policy. Govern the same through R&R System. 3. Appreciation Certificate/Gift Vouchers for Recognized Employees : Ensure your assigned department recognised employee's received appreciation certificate/Gift Vouchers. Reports & Records: 1.Maintain the Employee Database records of all employees including their personal data and official data. 2.Guide and advise the employees on their profession growth by assigning learning goals. 3. Have a track of all CTA (Call to Action) raised by employees on different forums and make sure to address it within SLA. 4.Ensure to send all communication message to allotted group Employee Welfare: 1. New Mommy Kit: Ensure to send New Mommy kit to all new parents of Kaar 2. Sports & Event: Conduct inter Kaar tournaments for employees 3. Quarterly goodies : Ensure to send quarterly goodies to employees of Kaar
