- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to support brand or client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables. Plan campaign calendars, influencer mix, and content timelines.
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Identify suitable influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with the brand's voice. Handle outreach, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with content creators and influencer agencies. Act as the main point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor deliverables, track real-time campaign performance, and ensure KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) are met. Prepare post-campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with brand, performance marketing, social media, and creative teams. Liaise with legal/finance for contracts and payment processes.
- Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on social media and influencer trends, platforms, formats, and emerging creators. Propose innovative content ideas and new campaign formats.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side)
- Strong network and understanding of influencer landscape across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable with data analysis and tools for campaign reporting
