- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hospitals services and specialties.
- Build a strong hospital brand image through campaigns, digital marketing, and offline activities.
- Organize health camps, seminars, and community outreach programs to increase hospital visibility.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies and media partners for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Drive revenue generation through patient acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, and healthcare agencies.
- Identify and explore new opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
- Develop and track sales targets, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
- Act as the face of the hospital for external stakeholders, including the media, patients, and the community.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, patients, and community leaders.
- Address patient grievances and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Represent the hospital in public events, health fairs, and corporate meetings.
- Lead and supervise the Marketing & Sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all marketing and advertising regulations specific to the healthcare industry.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales, or public relations, preferably in the healthcare sector. Prior experience as a medical representative is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful campaigns.
