Collaborate within project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across colleagues and stakeholders.
Support MEP design analysis and completion, applying engineering expertise and Mace’s management processes.
Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers, accountable for programme, safety, cost, and quality outcomes.
Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning, driving proactive solutions.
Champion innovation by supporting modern methods of construction, digital technologies, and prefabrication.
Embed sustainability by managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.

You’ll need to have:

Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
