- Coordinate with our Factories/CFAs for executing the POs ASAP and to arrange appointments and deliveries ASAP.
- To follow up for timely payments of all the dues billed to all customers through proper channel.
- To offer special products to specific customers which would be suitable for their respective Ecommerce platform.
- Enlisting all relevant New SKUs with Customers on time to leverage the benefit of Advertisement & sales opportunities.
- Deletion of obsolete lines to improvise Fill-Rate & to save OTB.
- Updating Product Masters with all the Ecommerce customers on a regular basis.
- To co-ordinate reconciliation of outstanding in every quarter with all customers.
- Access customers’ portals to track product movements and replenishment in time.
- Quarterly Budget Review & necessary amendments for next Quarter.
- After Customer wise Category wise Sales Review, to work out offers/discounts to liquidate Slow and Non-moving SKUs.
- Maintain a database of all Ecommerce Customers (Administrative, Commercial & Business details).
- Maintaining advertising budgets for Ecommerce customers annually.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website analytics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Amazon Seller Central.
Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
