We are accelerating our AI-first strategy with solutions like MiAI Call Simulator, AI Trainer, Upskill.AI, and Transition AI Toolkit that drive measurable business impact across Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, and Retail industries.We are seeking Manager-level Product Owners / Product Managers with strong foundations in AI tools and enterprise SaaS to drive product innovation, adoption, and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & StrategyOwn end-to-end product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, backlog, and release planning.Partner with business stakeholders to translate enterprise needs into AI-enabled product capabilities.Define product OKRs and success metrics aligned with EXL’s strategic initiatives.AI-Enabled Product DeliveryTranslate functional requirements into user stories/epics with AI-centric features (e.g., GenAI, Agentic AI, Process Mining).Ensure seamless integration with ITSM, CRM, and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, etc.).Work with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver AI-first solutions with measurable ROI.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business operations, AI engineering teams, and client leadership.Drive adoption through demos, workshops, and continuous feedback loops with end-users.Collaborate with sales, solutioning, and consulting teams to embed AI into client delivery models.Governance & ComplianceEnsure products adhere to InfoSec, Data Privacy, and Compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).Establish governance models for AI deployment (e.g., human-in-the-loop validation, data bias checks, auditability).Required Skills & ExperienceCore Product Management6–10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles, with at least 2–3 years in AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation domains.Proven success in enterprise product delivery (preferably SaaS/AI platforms).Strong background in backlog management, agile ceremonies, and release planning.AI & Digital ExpertiseHands-on knowledge of AI/ML tools & platforms (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, UiPath, PowerBI, ServiceNow, etc.).Exposure to GenAI/LLM applications, AI training simulations, or automation solutions.Understanding of data pipelines, analytics workflows, and model governance.Business & Domain UnderstandingExperience in one or more industries: Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, or Retail operations.Ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.Leadership & Soft SkillsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.Ability to lead cross-functional squads (engineering, AI scientists, designers, SMEs).Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for scaling AI-enabled products.Preferred / Good-to-HaveCertifications: CSPO, POPM, SAFe PO/PM, or AI Product Management.Experience in Process Mining, Task Mining, or workflow automation.Exposure to cloud-native AI infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).Prior experience in consulting or Big 4 environments.
