Job Overview: The CRM Data Administrator plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position is responsible for extracting leads and relevant data from our Calendly page, cleaning and organizing the data to ensure consistency across all records, and updating this information in the CRM system as well as Excel trackers. The CRM Data Administrator ensures that the sales and marketing teams have access to reliable and up-to-date information, enabling effective decision-making and strategy implementation. Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction and Integration: Regularly pull data from the Calendly page and other sources as needed, ensuring timely and accurate capture of lead information. Data Cleaning: Clean and organize data to ensure consistency across all records. This includes standardizing data formats, correcting errors, and removing duplicates. Data Management: Update and maintain the CRM system and Excel trackers with new and cleaned data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform basic analysis of the cleaned data to identify trends or insights and prepare reports for the sales and marketing teams to support decision-making processes. Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve the data management processes to enhance efficiency and data quality. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address their data needs and support their objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic understanding of data management principles and practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Good communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a data management or administrative role, especially within a CRM context. Familiarity with data extraction and cleaning tools. Experience in analyzing data and generating reports. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred but not required.
