- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing data models that optimize performance and support complex business reporting requirements.
- Experience in developing and maintaining data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources.
- Familiarity with integrating SAP BW/4HANA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and development.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
