Job Description:Role : Brand ManagerLocation : HyderabadJob ResponsibilitiesAnalysis: Consumer & BusinessConsumer Insights: Understand the Insights and feed into the brand growth plansRetail Audit – Monitor market share and distribution by market/brand /channelBusiness Intelligence – Monitor market/brands and understand competitive strategiesAnalyze sales data regularly at channel/geography level to gather consumer/shopper insights in partnership with Customer MarketingAble to evaluate & get learnings from communication and media performanceDeliver Brand performance with execution excellenceOwns the portfolio growth by delivering on innovation, business performance, communication, activation and new PPA launches.Work with local & regional R&D and Activity management to ensure sufficiency of long-term innovation funnelIdentify key issues and opportunities using consumer insights and data analyticsDemonstrates strong technical marketing skills and knowledge of Portfolios and BrandsLeads communication strategies to build long-term brand equity and growthCrafting communicationLead end to end digital campaigns and pivot the localization agenda by extended relevant global initiatives to build mental availabilityDrive the Brand Building strategy around pet parent data & consumer insightsDevelop efficient models across media to maximize ROI of media activities on digitalDigital commercePartner with Dcom internal team and external customers to drive brand agendaEnsure marketing activities are implemented seamlessly across channels, keeping the shopper at the centreStakeholder ManagementAligns key internal (local and global) and external stakeholders to portfolio growth planDrives alignment among key internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Commercial, S&F, Supply, & sales organization)Manages external agencies to drive Business and Brand deliverables (promotion, packaging, design, communication)Job Specifications/QualificationsMBA (Marketing) with a cumulative experience of 5 years with a digital experience.The incumbent is also desired have 2 years of sales experience, but not mandatory.He/she should also be a strong team player.
