Job Title: Telesales Executive Wellness CenterLocation: Hyderabad, BangloreExperience: 3-5 Years in Telesales/Customer Service (Wellness/Healthcare preferred)Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our wellness center team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, explaining our services, and motivating them to visit the center. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain center services, packages, and offers.
  • Convince and encourage clients to book appointments and visit the wellness center.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into walk-ins and clients.
  • Handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain call records, update CRM, and share daily reports with the management.
  • Achieve monthly targets for appointments and client conversions.
  • Support marketing activities through telecalling campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate/Undergraduate with 3-5 years of telesales or telecalling experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
  • Confidence in handling customer objections and converting them into opportunities.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and local language (Telugu/Kannada as per location).
