- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain center services, packages, and offers.
- Convince and encourage clients to book appointments and visit the wellness center.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into walk-ins and clients.
- Handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain call records, update CRM, and share daily reports with the management.
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments and client conversions.
- Support marketing activities through telecalling campaigns.
- Graduate/Undergraduate with 3-5 years of telesales or telecalling experience.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
- Confidence in handling customer objections and converting them into opportunities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and local language (Telugu/Kannada as per location).
