- Primary skills: IBM Middleware technologies, MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, Web methods
- Secondary skills: API management, microservices, SOAP/RESTful services, event-driven architecture, and messaging protocols (MQ, Kafka, JMS).

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
- Experience: 10-15 years
- Architecture & Design:
- Lead the design and development of scalable integration solutions across cloud and on-premises ecosystems.
- Define best-fit architecture patterns, frameworks, and reusable assets across projects.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust integration blueprints.
- Platform Expertise:
- Architect and implement solutions using at least two of the following:
- IBM ACE/IIB/MQ/CP4I
- Mulesoft
- SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Dell Boomi
- WebMethods
- Delivery & Governance:
- Provide architectural oversight and support across multiple delivery tracks/projects as needed.
- Engage in delivery interventions to resolve technical or delivery risks in ongoing projects.
- Ensure conformance with integration governance, coding standards, and security policies.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Drive innovation activities including proof-of-concepts, internal accelerators, and reusability frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance integration offerings.
- Team & Talent:
- Participate in hiring and fulfillment activities.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and integration developers.
- Contribute to skill-building and competency development initiatives within the practice
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work in collaboration with different stakeholders of the organisation.
- Assist in proposal creation, estimations, and client presentations for new opportunities.
- Certifications in any of the platforms (e.g., Mulesoft Architect, IBM Integration Developer, Boomi Professional).
- Deep hands-on and architectural experience in at least 2 integration platforms listed above.
- Strong command of API management, microservices, SOAP/RESTful services, event-driven architecture, and messaging protocols (MQ, Kafka, JMS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.
- Knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, and TLS.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
