Job Title: Senior Integration Architect
Primary skills: IBM Middleware technologies, MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, Web methods
Secondary skills: API management, microservices, SOAP/RESTful services, event-driven architecture, and messaging protocols (MQ, Kafka, JMS).
Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
Experience: 10-15 years

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Integration Architect who brings deep expertise in at least two of the following technologies: IBM Middleware (ACE/IIB/MQ), Mulesoft, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or WebMethods. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in designing enterprise-grade integration solutions, driving delivery excellence, participating in innovation initiatives, and supporting talent development through hiring and mentorship.Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:

Lead the design and development of scalable integration solutions across cloud and on-premises ecosystems.
Define best-fit architecture patterns, frameworks, and reusable assets across projects.
Translate business and functional requirements into robust integration blueprints.
Platform Expertise:

Architect and implement solutions using at least two of the following:

IBM ACE/IIB/MQ/CP4I
Mulesoft
SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Dell Boomi
WebMethods
Delivery & Governance:

Provide architectural oversight and support across multiple delivery tracks/projects as needed.
Engage in delivery interventions to resolve technical or delivery risks in ongoing projects.
Ensure conformance with integration governance, coding standards, and security policies.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:

Drive innovation activities including proof-of-concepts, internal accelerators, and reusability frameworks.
Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance integration offerings.
Team & Talent:

Participate in hiring and fulfillment activities.
Mentor and coach junior architects and integration developers.
Contribute to skill-building and competency development initiatives within the practice
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work in collaboration with different stakeholders of the organisation.
Assist in proposal creation, estimations, and client presentations for new opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

Certifications in any of the platforms (e.g., Mulesoft Architect, IBM Integration Developer, Boomi Professional).
Deep hands-on and architectural experience in at least 2 integration platforms listed above.
Strong command of API management, microservices, SOAP/RESTful services, event-driven architecture, and messaging protocols (MQ, Kafka, JMS).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.
Knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth2, SAML, and TLS.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
