Logistics Coordination: Scheduling, loading, and dispatching vehicles, equipment, or products to meet customer needs.
Route Planning & Monitoring: Developing efficient delivery routes and tracking vehicles to ensure on-time delivery.
Communication Hub: Acting as the primary contact between drivers, customers, and internal departments via radio, telephone, or email.
Documentation & Compliance: Preparing invoices, shipping labels, and keeping accurate logs of all outgoing shipments.
