And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseHaving 5+ Years of experience in ServiceNow, O365 products, Desktop Applications, Basic MAC support, Network Connectivity ( basic, wifi, internet)Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishCandidates with neutral accent preferredExcellent Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent Technical KnowledgeAble to manage / influence VIP customersCustomer focusedBasic Business EtiquetteClear understanding of Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM)Preferably good knowledge of networkAwareness of working culture for all geographiesMin 12 months of ExperienceMinimum one relevant certification such as A+ / Comp-TIA/ITIL/ MCSA/CCNA or any equivalentcertification within 6 months from the time resource is on boarded into theprojectMaintain Min TCSAT score of 4.0 during BAU OperationsSkills Validation will be enabled at all skill levels for New Hires and assessment score will be shared with CUSTOMER Nominated SPOC on quarterly basis up to 2 QuartersPreferred Technical and Professional Experience

Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
Vulnerability management
Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
