-Work alongside & learn from best in class talent-A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities-Leadership RoleThe JobYou will be responsible for :- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing account plans that create demand for the company's products and services- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty- Understand customer technical requirements and map them to company products and solutions- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase company products and solutions in the best light- Respond to customer RFPs/RFIs, creating custom proposals as needed.- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, within company guidelines- Work with cross-functional teams-including product management, marketing, and engineering-to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and share insights with internal stakeholders- Train and mentor junior members of the sales team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enable their success- Generate accurate forecasting reports and pipeline data to support decision making- Provide input on product development based on customer feedback and market analysis- Attend trade shows and other industry events to represent the companyIdeal Candidate- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field- 1+ years of technical sales experience (Backup, Storage and IT Infrastructure) with extensive knowledge in online bidding forums like Upwork and GEMS.- Proven track record of achieving quotas and driving revenue growth- Experience managing and developing a sales team- Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (ref:updazz.com)
