Execute complete Hiring process Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Nurture a positive working environment Design a Handbook with FAQs about the Organization for new employees. Managing and defining the JD, recruitment and selection process. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained Define a review slab and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance in employees. Maintaining the salary slip and Experience letter. Define the Paid Leave/ Sick Leave policy, and track the employee leave.
