You'll play a crucial role in verifying that goods have been successfully delivered to customers. Here are the key tasks associated with this role: Reviewing Proof Of Delivery (POD) Thoroughly examine POD documents to validate delivery details. Confirm that all necessary information, including recipient signatures and timestamps, is present. Sales Order Vs. Actual Delivery Comparison Cross-reference sales orders with actual delivery records. Identify any discrepancies or deviations. Downloading POD Documents Retrieve POD documents from relevant systems or databases. Ensure secure storage and organization. Second Round Of Proof Of Delivery Review Conduct a second review of PODs to catch any missed details. Address any inconsistencies promptly. Maintaining Reviewed POD Reports Create and maintain a comprehensive report of reviewed PODs. Log relevant information, such as Invoice No, Part Number, Quantity, Delivery date etc. Here Is Some Of What You'll Need (required) Bachelor's Degree with (0-2) years of experience in documentation & Data Analysis.
