The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong b2b sales pipeline in Jewellery industry. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual targets and increase our revenue. Responsibilities Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with Jewellery retailers. Manage all Sales Operations by co-ordinating with various internal departments and servicing all retail jewellers who are part of the business programs Collaborate with sales leader in the organisation and support him with organising training programs for Sales staff of Jewellery retailers, ensuring Point of sale materials are sent to all retailers, ensuring that social media posts and other marketing materials are executed on time. Source information from all stakeholders and maintain proper MIS and deliver weekly and monthly reports to management team Attend Trade shows and manage company and associate booths and generate leads Build and maintain proper database of jewellers and follow processes of sales pipeline Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years' of sales experience in Gem and Jewellery b2b business Proven history meeting or exceeding targets and efficient operations management Office location and Timings and Salary, etc The office is located at Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla West, Mumbai Office timings are 10.30am to 6.30pm, 5-day week, Saturday and Sunday are holidays Salary is 60k to 75k net in hand monthly.
