● IT Operations Management:
○ Take the lead in managing day-to-day IT operations, including permissioning, account management, and password recovery tasks.
○ Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and address operational issues promptly.● Onboarding and Offboarding:
○ Execute effective onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the IT environment.
○ Conduct offboarding procedures for departing employees, prioritizing data security and compliance.● Technical Support:
○ Provide technical support to end-users and address IT-related issues promptly, like help with resetting passwords etc.
○ Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and maintain the overall IT infrastructure.● Inventory/Tool Management:
○ Assist in the management of company inventory.
○ Work to optimize tool usage and contribute to the efficiency of IT operations.
○ Here are the list of tools we use on a daily basis:
■ Jumpcloud (for security- which includes MDM) - to access AWS/Snowflake/Retool/1Password( to access accounts)
■ Openvpn - to connect to US server
■ Workplace chat - for communication with teams
■ Zoom - to connect to meetings
■ Google sheets + Google docs - to maintain our reports and documentation
■ Superset - For Dashboarding● Documentation:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes and procedures.
