ProArch is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java-based backend systems. Your expertise will help us deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and related frameworks.
Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support various client applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create effective technical solutions.
Enhance application performance and reliability through thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to industry standards.
Utilize CI/CD tools to streamline the deployment and integration process.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in backend development and apply best practices accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong expertise in Java 8 or higher and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, Angular, CICD pipelines, Security scan tools (Veracode, Mend & Acunetix), Design patterns, Architectural principles, Agile methodology.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
