- Define and execute QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with digital transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to validate business requirements and ensure regulatory and internal standard compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and mentor QA teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Manage Core Production Implementation, ensuring delivery within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Oversee quality and compliance controls throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and production cutover readiness.
- Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
- Define and manage test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors to ensure requirement traceability and defect management.
- Review and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
- Oversee defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking, ensuring effective defect management, reporting, and escalation.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, QA standards, governance, and risk management policies.
- Possess advanced knowledge of core banking functional architecture and experience in digital core system implementations.
- 8 10.9 years of relevant experience required.
