The ideal candidate should have experience in agency, healthcare, and e-commerce environments, with a strong understanding of content strategy, performance marketing, and brand building.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
- Manage day-to-day handling of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan and oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for content creation (graphics, videos, campaigns)
- Drive performance marketing initiatives to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where relevant
- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in healthcare and digital marketing
- Ensure all communication is compliant with healthcare regulations and sensitivity standards
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management
- Prior experience in agency setup, healthcare industry, and e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid campaigns
- Excellent content sense and storytelling ability
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Educational qualification: Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Understanding of patient-centric communication
- Familiarity with content creation tools and basic design/video editing tools
